What are donations?

Donations are virtual gifts sent by users to broadcast hosts (creators) and can be displayed to all chat members or sent privately.

Send a donation in chat

To send a donation, use the chat command /donate. Once you are ready to send a donation, enter the chat command in the chat message text field and hit enter.

/donate 100 You're amazing!

|| The optional note is private and cannot be seen by other chat members.

Send a donation privately

To send a private donation, open the Send Donation page. Once you are ready to send a private donation, enter the ** [recipient] ** username and ** [donation amount] ** and click the ** [Send donation] ** button.

|| The private donation will not appear in chat and can only be seen by the sender and the creator from the Transactions page. || The creator will be alerted by email of the donation.

What are tokens?

Tokens are the platform currency used to purchase virtual gifts, i.e., stars. Tokens can also be given directly, donated, to a creator.

Stars are virtual gifts sent by chat members to broadcast hosts (creators) and displayed to all chat members. To send a star, click on the star icon ** [ ${color}#ffc31f ] ** located under the livestream. You will be asked to confirm your action.

Payout method options

Accepted Answer

Token exchange requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

|| Minimum payout is 300 tokens above fees. For example, if your payout method is Bank Transfer (SWIFT), the minimum token exchange request would be 600 tokens.

Our fees: The first two bank transfers per month are free of charge. 100 tokens charge per bank transfer after that.

INTERAC e-Transfer

Transit time: 1 to 2 business days

Currency: Canadian Dollars (exchange rate set by our bank)
Our fees: The first two INTERAC transfers per month are free of charge. 100 tokens charge per INTERAC e-Transfer after that.

What are songs?

Songs are virtual gifts sent by chat members to broadcast hosts (creators) and played for all chat members. To send a song, use the chat command /play. Once you are ready to send the song, enter the chat command in the chat message text field and hit enter.

Creators can exchange their tokens to fiat currency at any time. We process token exchange requests within 24 hours on business days. Payouts are sent within 24 hours from tokens being removed from your balance, on business days.
